And a baby grasshopper found in the garden today.  That would not be the larger plastic one there in the sand, but the tiny speck near the stick on the side of the glass.  The name started as Crazy Newt and by the end of the day was simply, Hoppy.  Hoppy has a gimp leg, so let's see how long he's with us.  I was amazed he was still around by bedtime.  I had to quickly look up grasshopper raising tips on the internet and provide him with a comfortable little home just in case he's with us for a while.  Apparently they love carrots.   Greta was sure she could see his eyes were getting heavy as it got later.
