I was excited for this drawing challenge because I love to quilt and that's the first thing that pops into my mind when I hear the word *patchwork*. Now, I decided not to draw after all, which is maybe breaking the rules. The idea behind this challenge is to inspire creativity, so I hope I haven't gone too far out of the box.
I came up with a patchwork collage. I put it together in the style I quilt, Gee's Bend-esque in it's arrangement.

I love this patchwork of imagery inspired by quilt blocking. I really like the breaks that reveal another image behind so you get a sense of layers. Cant wait to see what the word 'whisper' might bring forth. Thanks for joining in and the adding to wonderful diverse collection of works.

Hello Rachel! I'm glad you're joining us! And I love the idea of a collage. I kind of had the same thought myself, but I compromised a little in the end... There is no such thing as cheating in our challenge, all that is creative and make us inspired is perfect :) And I really like your quilt.
