It's been a brutally hot week here in LA. I do not do well in the heat. I'm grumpy, impatient, and whiney. I am a wilted woman of few words this week. And you know, everything is harder when your man is out of town. It hasn't been two weeks yet but it feels like four.
Summer isn't all that bad.
I can't even begin to tell you how happy these last pictures make me. These kids all together make my heart want to explode.

Hugs to you Rachel!
You are wonderful women!
Pandas do feel the heat. Or maybe that's polar bears?
Either way, there's no denying you have beautiful children encapsulated in beautiful photos.
Love your dress choice, too.
i don't do well in heat either (hello, i live in miami!) my mind always feels sharper in cold weather
Mmm. Ice cream cones! And seriously, not a big fan of the heat either.
And seriously, time away from your man must suck. I'm sorry. Wish I was there to give you some adult company!
Rachel, if it's any consolation, its incredibly hot in New Orleans right now. You would not like it! Love the group shot.

Magnifique! And those popsicle toes... exquisite!
Great dress and socks!
I've only just found your blog (thanks, MMM-C!) but I feel your pain. I spent 23 years in sunny Florida, and hated the heat with a vengeance the whole time. Nice meeting you and your crew...
Wendy

Maria: Thank you...
MMMC: Pandas can be whiney, that I know.
Lil Muse Lily: I function in cooler weather, too. It can't come soon enough.
Sara:It would be fun to hang out. If only we didn't live hundreds of miles apart...
Dorottya:I think I'd rather be hot in Nola. Really.
Karen: I miss you.
